Handball World Champion and professional athlete turned thought leader, Björn started to develop the COD concept over 30 years ago. In 1998 Björn co-founded COD, and has since supported organizations in over 50 different countries. 

With a solid industrial background in global organizations from shop-floor to boardroom, Robert co-founded COD in 1998 and has since designed and executed company accelerations programs in leading cooperations all over the world. 

A teacher by trade, Towa speaks four languages and has worked in various roles all across Europe. With a background as a relocation consultant, she is now taking on the role of Head of Office at the COD HQ in Gothenburg, and oversees admin and HR processes within the company. 

After studying economics at Stockholm University, Tobias gathered over 15 years of experience in a performance-driven environment where teamwork and collaboration were success factors. In addition to being a former professional athlete and team captain, Tobias has run three companies and held several board positions.

Of Swedish/Swiss decent, Daniel grew up in Sweden, Germany and Italy, and has completed banking apprenticeship and University studies. Daniel worked for almost three decades within Marketing & Sales in various industries in leading roles, amongst others as marketing director, project manager and consultant. Located in Germany.

Team playing engineer with extensive experience from different industries and companies. Per spent his first twenty-six plus professional years continuously consulting, predominantly in project management roles and management consulting assignments in automotive business, public sector as well as universities.

Linnea has dual university degrees in marketing and management, from her studies in Sweden, Switzerland and Japan. She started her career within marketing and since 2021 she is a senior consultant at COD, as well as the mastermind behind the COD E-learning platform. 

Katherine was educated and built her career in the US and Germany, working in product management and marketing in both the B2C and B2B sides of the food industry. She has extensive experience in project work with international and remote teams.

Educated in Sweden and Germany, Anton has extensive multinational experience from work within predominately high-tech industries. Anton has worked in leading roles within business improvement and sales, and has acted as advisor to the board for one of Sweden's largest companies.

Anders brings nearly 20 years of experience from international corporations, including senior leadership roles. With a background in customer service, project management, and organizational transformation, he combines deep customer insight with strong coaching skills to help clients turn our solutions into real operational impact.

Jaana has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, including executive leadership roles. She is an experienced leadership coach and Honorary Consul for Finland in Gothenburg, helping clients strengthen leadership, engagement, and high-performing teams through our methodology.
